Incorporated on 09 October 2019 as a private company limited by shares, Splendid International Limited initially held an Authorised Company License and was subsequently converted into a Global Business License on 25 June 2024.

As a group company of the Abans Group, with Abans Enterprises Limited as its sole shareholder, Splendid International Limited holds a Full-Service Investment Dealer License (excluding Underwriting) in accordance with Section 29 of the Securities Act 2005 and the Securities (Licensing) Rules 2007.

The Company operates under the supervision of the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, adhering to the highest standards of regulatory compliance, governance, and professional conduct, delivering trusted and transparent investment services to institutional clients.
